Dear friends and neighbors,

We are constantly monitoring the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) and are following CDC, State, and local health department protocols. As of May 18, 2020, we have resumed face-to-face visits at our office. We are instituting the following measures to our practice until further notice:

1. Everyone needs an appointment. Please contact our office at 732 287-6004 to schedule one and receive instructions as to our office protocols on masks, physical distancing and contact during your visit.
2. We have updated our office hours at this time and will make changes as necessary with respect to our patients and staff needs.
3. Our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system was updated June 1, 2020. Though it has always been our policy, it is VERY important that you bring with you and provide us your current insurance card and a form of identification.
4. There is a new patient portal with our new EHR system. We will provide you access to the portal with your own password. With the portal you can access your medical records, labs, request for medication refills, pay your bills online and so much more.
5. As always you can expect the highest quality care and strict adherence to standard and transmission-based precautions from us. We thank you for your continued support and flexibility to the changes we have instituted.
